This whole process seems to fit well with the current trend of making things look more extreme than they really are. Then you throw in that whole SNAFU with the superdelegates and it shows just how little voice "We the people" really have. I think it's things like this that are driving voters away from party favorites towards candidates on the fringe. It has the political parties scared that they are losing control and they are doing their best to regain what they are losing.
