This guy needs a lesson in statistics. When your biggest issue is wait time to get an appointment, that is what you need to use to measure the effectiveness of any changes you make. Granted, I'm no statistics whiz, but if I learned one thing in my statistics class it's that you have to use meaningful measurements. Customer satisfaction is so vague and subjective it can't be used to accurately measure if they are making progress.
