I like edgy humor now and then too, but when it starts to slide more towards potty or raunchy I tend to tune it out. One example is Mike Myers. I enjoyed Shrek, Wayne's World and So You Married an Axe Murderer, but didn't care for the Austin Powers Movies. Another one that might surprise you if Bob Hope. My wife had a chance to see him live. She told me that he was a little on the edgy side, more so than the stuff he did for television.

I know some people had the same expierence with Bob Saget when he was doing Full House. Apparently his stand up was very adult.

I heard that too. I remember a time I went on a double date, and we were going to see Richard Pryor, Live on the Sunset Step. My friend told his date that Prior was just like Bill Cosby. Needless to say, we ended up leaving within the first 15 minutes.
